Reflecting today that folks who go out of their way to cultivate terrible people as customers, clients, etc., end up with a representative customer/client/etc. base made up of terrible folks. That's how it works. It's choice you can look at and know that they're either terrible at understanding business/desperate or that's a thing they're totally on board with.
