Standing desk == can move to the Atomic Blonde soundtrack (playlist of the songs from the film). This may be dangerous as most of it is very very danceable.
@PlanetaryKnight the sit/stand is huge. I could not stand for more than a few hours a day, but I love being able to stand up for periods because it helps my shoulders and back a lot! I have a cushion for under my feet, though, which is important.

See I am basically going to be the exact same way. I've been sitting at a desk for 5-6 days a week for 12 years and I have chiro visits constantly because of it. I don't think I can stand more than a couple hours either but. The ability to stand and stretch for even a half hour or so at a time??? Yes please!
