I feel like #NixOS is a bit like #Vim; in that it has a kind of steep learning curve, but once you get past that it's super easy to do everything.

If "one’s deepest moral or religious convictions" does not include helping sick people, then you really should be forced to help sick people.

Seriously though, if you're in the medical profession, get a different job if helping sick people goes against your morals.
