tbh i dunno if i doubt i would hav been able to cope before i got meds, i likely would hav panicked at the initial "i cant do this" feeling and just stopped going to work until i got fired or something

helps that my coworkers r quite patent with me & give me plenty of support when i tell them im struggling to take everything in. small steps 👏
