Very excited to wear a binder this weekend for cosplay but I have yet to find one that doesn't cause me back pain after wearing it for a few hours I'd like to wear one more regularly, but I physically can't 😢
@pursuitofnerdiness Have you tried Underworks? It's what we have donated a lot to our trans boys at the youth center because they're supposed to be the best.
@PlanetaryKnight Haven't tried them yet. I have tried gc2b and Shapeshifters but it gets very frustrating repeatedly having to order expensive undergarments that don't work out. 😞
@pursuitofnerdiness I've never heard of the first place... Shapeshifters is okay but afaik from the youth feedback Underworks still has them beat but negatives are is they still aren't cheap and they're plain so no fancy designs.
@PlanetaryKnight yeah gc2b was recommended by a few friends so I tried that first. I'll definitely take a look at Underworks then. I prefer plain so that's fine with me.
@pursuitofnerdiness Hopefully they'll work! I had avoided them (binders) bc I'm fat (size 24/DD) and top heavy but one of our youth is larger than I am and he says it fits perfect. So it's making me think about getting one again.
@PlanetaryKnight I hope it works for you! Ironically I have a much wider back than normal for an afab person and I'm pretty sure that's what's causing my back pain while wearing binders, sigh.
