@Thaminga I'm loving and hating this at equal measure.
Probably not a popular opinion but I still prefer the original Harley Quinn look over whatever it is they put her in now days. You don't have to bare your skin to be attractive.
(Though I will admit, that tight spandex was already pretty showy)
@iliana honestly anyone who'd possess these stickers would know what to do with the blank space, so.
@Yuhllevan I don't know, I think it looks pretty cool! It's all spiky and rebel-ishous.
@feli Alright, last one:
- A History of Zionism: From the French Revolution to the Establishment of the State of Israel by Walter Laqueur
I have good hopes for this one because Laqueur is a renowned historian and of the book's historical narrative approach leading from the ideological views of the French Revolution into the modern era. It covers the various sides, aspects and groups involved with Zionism and their different clashing motives as well as the start of the unfortunate war with the Arabs.
This might be the book you're looking for.
@feli I haven't personally read any of these books but they might offer an unbiased perspective (better check to make sure):
- Enemies and Neighbors: Arabs and Jews in Palestine and Israel, 1917-2017 by Ian Black
- The Making of Modern Israel: 1948-1967 by Leslie Stein
- A Safe Haven: Harry S. Truman and the Founding of Israel by Ronald Radosh
@feli I'd start with the Wikipedia article and then check to see what books they cited in there.

@feli that's a very deep rabbit hole. Are you interested in the ancient, medieval or modern historical period?
@Morgane Sounds lovely
💕
The problem with living mostly inside my own head is that sometimes I start giggling at a funny thing I thought of without any context to my immediate surroundings and then I look like a crazy person.
Well.. I suppose that's not entirely far from the truth. 🦋
why are japanese trains always on time?
MULTI TRACK DRIFITING
@Morgane then it'd be a real boogle.
