@cassolotl Not quite the same thing, but http://www.illgowithyou.org/ makes badges for allies who are willing to go with you in your preferred bathroom and defend you against harassment.
That's clearly not as good as institutions actively creating safety for marginalized people, but at least it exists
I want someone to make sticky things for cafés/businesses to put in their windows that say "our toilets are #trans & #nonbinary inclusive".

Hygiène accueil des nouveaux-venus : à chaque fois que vous découvrez/comprenez un truc, vous le pouétez avec le hashtag #MastodonEntraide comme ça on accumule une collection de "Euréka" qu'on peut retrouver plus facilement (et même pour les plus anciens, on découvre des trucs tous les jours, enfin moi en tout cas)
