tfw you post a thread on aviansite that's really important to you & you hope that other folks can appreciate, support, and signal-boost this, but all you end up with are basically crickets and a sinking feeling in your gut that that thing which is really important to you is totally meaningless to everyone else, which means that seven years of your life was also i guess meaningless and without support 😢

plus it's a 2016 book so it's not going to be showing up used just yet

when you check out a book twice from the library which is dense, but excellent reading, and you can't renew it ever cos there's always a waitlist, then maybe it's time to make a wishlist and either be gifted the book or save up and just buy the book

curious dream during my bizarre sleep cycle this morning:

a fairly vivid dress rehearsal script read of some terrible, low-budget dramedy in which i had one line at the start of the one scene the group, all at a round of chairs in the same room, practised. afterward, cast members chatted in a dressing room about life & stuff. i can't fully recall the costume i wore, but i played the part of a southern U.S. cis woman working the front desk of some civil servant job, even tho they all knew i was trans. this description woefully understates what i recall from the dream, but none of the details make any logical sense at all so i won't bother trying to describe
