that user who thinks opening a zillion connections will improve their allocated bandwidth but instead bogs down the entire network for everyone

oh dear i think my vision is changing, particularly my left eye (which has had a varying astigmatism always). everything on that side is skewing in new ways

alas, my glasses Rx will have to do indefinitely

@sophia it happened before, but it meant usually completely dismissing the medical system if there was any hope for it to happen

@sophia do more and more research. best not to go quick on this, since there remain a lot of folks — survivors even — who are still here today and who still haven't been afforded much of a place to collectively talk about those days

@nex3 i don't really do that, but i do occasionally try to see whether i can catch glimpses of other multiverses in the corners of my eyes
