as i stay awake longer and longer, i go through these 3periods where i get semi-drowsy and really snarky with everyone, but there is no going to sleep. there's bouncing back alert a short while later, as if i still have another hours left before trying to do it all over again

@catalina hey, i loved grape nuts for my entire life before they changed the recipe sometime last decade. they got less hearty and when warmed into a hot cereal concoction, became less "buttery" in their flavour

you're eating healthily at least. i've been eating like garbage for most of this three-year depression :P
