@theZacAttacks nothing extraordinary: just a four-ingredient bread, made with flour, yeast, kosher salt and water. i did let the yeast rest and rise a lot longer than previous loaves, though. mostly i'm trying to figure out how to bake good loaves with the questionable oven here
