I just watched Glen Beck showing up on CNN talking about the importance of verifying sources, not getting stuck in a bubble, and how much conspiracy theories and social media bubbles are fucking up the national discourse. Folks, if GLEN BECK has to be the one to say that, things have gotten really bad. It wasn't that long ago that Beck had his Fox News show pedaling conspiracies of his own!

I've told two friends today that I love them and it's something I feel like everyone deserves to hear

just being poor statistically correlates to depression and anxiety and PTSD. Really if all the underclasses of society can be denied guns for mental illness they're more likely to have than the upperclasses; then there goes the whole point of the 2nd amendment which is to make it easier for the populace to theoretically overthrow the government

You don't need to classify being trans or gay as mentally ill if you can deny healthcare, name changes, gender changes, etc. to every trans person who has ever taken an antidepression medication

this is already the case de jure in many places. a lot of health insurances require the patient to not have any mental illness before approving SRS unless they've been in treatment for X amount of time
