no, it won't, because it's (a) proprietary software backed by VC that's (b) run on someone else's machine that you can't guarantee will be there in the future. they could go out of business tomorrow and you'd be screwed.
if it isn't FOSS you can self-host, or at least run local, you are living on a foundation of sand.
@KitRedgrave also any market for this is already being taken up by google sheets which is free or office365 which companies probably have licenses for for outlook/hosted exchange

@packetcharmer this too. though idk, there's enough venture money poured into this thing that it could be a pretty protracted battle.
i kinda wanna see them try, just because every side here sucks and i wanna see them set fire to millions of dollars arguing over it :3c
