If your carry knife isn't good for slicing up some food to share what is even the point?
I need a new carry knife, been kinda looking at the benchmade axis lock ones. Fairly hard steel in a really secure locking mechanism... I bed it'll snap in a week from some sort of prybar use >_>
@IrisKalmia Don't use your knives as prybars D:
@mawr But it's longer and more stable than my keys!
Which I also shouldn't use as a knife but have sometimes managed >_>
@mawr breaking zipties with a key is a easy way to end up bleeding for the record
@IrisKalmia It sounds like what you really could use is a multitool, hon. XD
I have a Leatherman Skeletool and it's flibbin' awesome. It even has a screwdrivers with philips bits AND a prybar bit, a knife built in, and a wire cutter that makes quick work of zip ties :D
@mawr I had one but always found it heavy and basically just used the knife and screw drivers. Rarely the pliers to remove a splinter or something >_> Which I can pull off with a decent knife!.. Sometimes at the cost of a bit more skin <_<
@IrisKalmia @mawr the cost of misusing your tools
@IrisKalmia @mawr not particularly, no
