Well, I took a few minutes to photograph the relevant letters, and emailed them off to Lambda Legal.
Basically the Dept. of State seems to be sticking to its guns; their request of me is exactly in line with their ineffectual arguments in Zzyym v. Tillerson.
With one twist: that "established medical" bit, in my case. Which obvs is bunkum.
Anyway, hopefully in a couple days I'll get some suggestions. Better yet, get added to the existing and directly related case.

@packetcharmer Thanks. So do I.
To be clear, I am not *yet* involved in court proceedings. That will depend on two things:
1) The Department of State not curing itself of ano-cranial impaction;
2) Lambda Legal's (or another agency's) willingness to take the matter to court on my behalf.
'Cuz, $$$.
I'm pretty sure 1) will not change in the foreseeable future. 2) is a big unknown. I can see arguments for *and* against tacking me onto Zzyym's case.
So, we'll see. I just know I am *far* from willing to settle on this right now, legally or ethically.
