For the first one, just ask around. The stuff is everywhere and everyone knows a person who knows a person. You'll probably have to go out to buy it, but that way you can get rolling paper while you're out too (at any place where they sell cigarettes. Buy rolling tobacco too.)

For the second one, it's pretty much just doing it again and again until you're decent at it. Then you see someone else do it and you realize you're actually pretty bad.

@Estelwen I still get stressed out when I have to actually buy weed, but at some point, wanting to fully enjoy the intricacies and nuances of reality tv just overtakes the fear
