Trying to sell my friends on how great "nutritional yeast" is as a salad topping but man that name is seriously a non-starter. In French we call it "beer yeast" ("levure de bière") which sounds way more awesome.

@nolan it's also incredibly delicious on popcorn, with or without dill or some other seasoning, especially popcorn cooked in coconut oil. i am also a huge fan of nutritional yeast. this seems like an unusual thing to bond with someone over on social media but what the hey.

@GinBaby I haven't tried popcorn yet but I will. I mostly do it with Balsamic vinaigrette on salads

@nolan @GinBaby it's dangerously good on popcorn, I've often added soy sauce
