cybres in the streets, witches above the streets providing intel.

pings in the streets, jinxes in the sheets.

@saper @oneiro , I can only speak to Attic (not even to the reductions in later Koine, and certainly not to the Homeric dialect), but number follows declension and case. As you've written the name, it's second declension. So: –οι, –ων, –οις, –ους –οι, but this would be weird because it is a proper noun. I suppose it could be plural if one were talking about all the beasts in the various plays.

(Much to my shame, both of my Homeric dictionaries do not list it.)

@oneiro Remote viewers working from their perches behind rooftop air conditioning units, surrounded by index cards of coordinates and full-sized artists' sketchpads, deliberately transcribing details and sketching visions.

@oneiro Taggers spraypaint QRcodes the size of sedans on the walls and erase them just as fast.

@drwho or do the spraymarks erase themselves? CV dazzle for old glyphs, patterns so regular that brains and 'nets see them only as sensor noise and filter out, the murals becoming sketches of purely mental visions, a coordinated indexing of umwelt.

@drwho "Calculatedly inefficient filters will be placed at points of transition represented as boundaries and edgelands."
