just dug out these nerd-ass amber shades i bought two years ago and promptly forgot

i think reducing exposure to blue light can be a very helpful component of a reasonable bedtime initiative

i used f.lux for a long time but stopped at some point; it helped for sure

it's nice that many phones now have blue-blocking options

TVs and other screens like e-readers are problems.

i considered buying (strangely expensive) amber plastic to cut and place onto my kindle but never got past researching it

having it on a TV all the time could be a tough sell both for others and my own viewing preferences. maybe if it was easily removeable...
