I'm opposed to the idea of a "sarcasm font." It defeats the purpose of sarcasm, which is to say one thing and mean the opposite. If you are unable to make it clear that you don't mean what you're saying, you should say what you mean directly instead. Most situations in which sarcasm doesn't read well are ones where it is not really appropriate anyway.
I also dislike the use of /s , but I suspect there are disability implications there that I'm not aware of.
