@Ellea @ryanbytes we are trying to beat sexism by debunking the myths and stereotypes by talking about it and highlighting the erasure of gender gap, making the issues visible. there many effective strategies towards more just environment, one of them is promoting specifically women's creativity, another is leveling the field without positive discrimination - i personally think both these (and more) are important and necessary for a more fair and equal society.
