NGL i've never used or had to use a database outside of a couple sqlite queries for some logging software

just something i've been thinking about after watching a bunch of interviews in the last week. if you love your legends, that's cool, but we now have technology and genres that they could only dream of.

i think it's uncalled for to expect new musicians to know all of the "legends" of their instrument and/or genre. the amount of musicians and their music can only go up, so it's increasingly unreasonable to be expected to namedrop some guy from the 60s whose music is literally of and for a different era.

I don't like it when you can see ambient occlusion fading out towards the edges of the screen 😔

i kinda wanna rewrite my neural network library so instead of executing everything inline, it spits out a standalone* python file for the whole network. it would make it easy to backup and reproduce results!
*needs numpy and scipy obviously
