The Father of Gynecology was J Marion Sims. His experiments were conducted on the bodies of enslaved women and girls who were not out under before the process. They often were not seal properly which led to infection and odors. In addition to the odors white men who attended his open surgeries would leave to the horrific cries of the victims.
