kinda bothers me how white women jumped on sex-positive feminism and made it trendy but now a bunch of white women are deciding sex-negative feminism is the wave and everybody else's feminism is garbage. there are meaningful material differences between the experiences of woc (and there are sex-negative feminist woc) and white women
this isn't to say that i'm agreeing with or opposed to sex-negative or sex-positive feminism, it's just annoying how white women act like they're the arbiters of "good feminism"
@thoneycombs white feminists tend to think and say that their feminism is the only right way to do feminism. case in point; the women's march.
@notgomen it's frustrating. i see so many woc doing valuable work and they get completely disregarded.
