@guerrillarain That's exactly how I feel! Everything is so intense 24/7 and you have to be ON all the time, otherwise you're not woke enough or something like that, whatever the ~big and important~ accounts say. I understand the anger and venting but I don't understand how everyone has the energy to be that all the time.

@notgomen and if you make one joke or you aren't educated on something, you essentially don't care and/or are failing your people. too much pressure, especially with the latest news on grenfell and philando, i'm not strong enough. which is okay, but is there place for people who aren't?

@guerrillarain Exactly!! It should be completely okay to give yourself a break when you feel like you need one, get a cup of tea and watch animal baby videos on youtube for 4 hours if you ask me. And come here because it's more chill that birdnet.
