From time to time i still see ads, even though i'm using uBlock origin. The site where i watch animes, sometimes shows video ads.

I cancel and block them and, oh woman... Every ad seems to contain weird 3d characters or 70s & 80s effects. All the time i see people doing things which have nothing to do with the actual product which then suddenly appears at the end of the spot.

When i stoopped watching TV a decade ago the main reason was that i don't want to be manipulated anymore into buying stuff i don't need.

But nowadays I mostly don't even *understand* commercial ads anymore. I guess that means i'm on the right track and that i'm a very bad customer. 🤷

@necrosis Der Schmerz ist aber auch beim ersten Mal, wenn mensch viele Haare hat, am größten. Dadurch dass Haarwurzeln, die ja mit rausgezogen werden, nicht alle gleich schnell wieder da sind, hat mensch, wenn mensch am Ball bleibt und nicht 6 Wochen untätig ist, beim nächsten Mal weniger zu befürchten. Dann ist das in 10-15 Minuten durch. ☺️
