@nobody You've unwittingly described my second and third decades of life, here. Many feels.

FWIW: learning to love oneself is very hard work sometimes. It doesn't happen overnight; it's a lifelong struggle for many of us.

But it can be done. For me, it took lots of mindfully done compassion toward myself. I constantly remind myself: I am not a bad person. Yes, I make mistakes; yes, my circumstances are far from ideal; but I try hard to be a better person.

I am worthy of love and compassion, above all from myself. As are you.
