@mona a better question is why it isnt sold with the antidote built in
@mona but no it helps with inflammation, just so slowly that no one really notices it taking effect vs the pain just fading
@nire ah! I did not know that. My own interest in paracetamol, I confess, is its ready conversion to p-benzoquinone.

@nire I am still uncertain as to why paracetamol is sold over the counter. It doesn't seem to _do_ anything (aside from kill one's liver in excess.)
