@TipsyTentacle ahhh I actually just started self medicating half tablets of progesterone (donated by one of my girlfriends to try it out).
No idea about sublingual difference, I've just been swallowing them. But even at a half tablet a day, I've noticed significantly more breast growth since starting them than the year prior on estrogen alone. I'm now a proper A cup! it's very exciting for me!
however, even at a half dose, it is making me a little more moody. not too bad, but if I was taking full doses I think I'd struggle a bit.
obvs it affects everyone differently, but I don't know anyone personally who's tried it and doesn't recommend it.

@nire @TipsyTentacle yeah, once I run out of my girlfriend's leftovers I'm gonna talk to my doc about a real prescription, see what she recommends. but I'm seeing good results just with pills on a half dose, so I'm not too concerned about the form I take it in.
