expected behavior is for it to only be seen by ppl who follow both you and the other party

Content Warning covers sensitive info unless clicked on, but Mastodon uses .@ as a targeted broadcast to an individual or group but the entire content is publicly viewable if searched for. There is, to my knowledge, no private communication channels for any Mastodon instance. This is somewhat concerning, depending on the expectations of the users.
@Jirikiha @hisham_hm you are, I believe, intentionally missing my point, because the fact that CW does the same as .@ when there are people @'d is clearly unintended behavior, or it would not behave differently than an @.
