@violetoctagon unfortunately society is built for them

@nire what's that?
@violetoctagon hypermobility type ehlers danlos
@nire ohh i've never heard of it maybe i'll look it up
@violetoctagon if you're on the 'milder' end of all the symptoms or even dont show some of them, but it makes everything else click together, look into it bc it is a progressive illness
@nire i'm not sure if i've seen any problems with connective tissues with myself but my dad has had some pretty chronic problems with torn ligaments and cartilage??
@violetoctagon connective tissues in this case often applies less to joints noticably than like, the stuff holding your skin to your muscles and making up your muscles and such, its in like 90% of tissues
@violetoctagon but for a long time even knowing about it i didnt think i had it and then it just slwoly got worse until i qualified
@nire i'm still not sure if i have any of the symptoms rn though
@violetoctagon which is why a lot of dmab ppl mysteriously develop it once they suppress testosterone
