there are so many reasons not to use LiPo batteries for anything that doesnt need a.) energy density and b.) lots of burst joules compared to other batteries
save your LiPos for yr drones w/ 8 minutes of battery life tops
(Lithium Ion batteries are the larger subset and generally involve rigid walls and better charging circuits)
@nire still hard to find good ones you can trust to be safe. I'm not convinced its better to stick with Nimh.

(whereas LiPo are in soft bags and prone to overcharging because the cheap ones have nothing protecting against overcharging and more energy per unit volume, and have soft, squishy walls)
