I’m the more experienced dev in my team right now, and we’re short on work cause a bunch of things got delayed, but we’ve found things to keep us busy... except the two new devs have decided that they should get ALL the dev work and I only have admin and upkeep and investigation bulshit, which is what I’ve been doing already for the most part of the past 2 years and I just want to code cool things and not the boring stuff just cause I have experience with the system, I’m so tired

Therapy was good and much needed. We talked about how bitterness can make you wise if you learn from it. My favorite quote of the session was “Being wise does not mean being nice” which calls me out so much, but I guess that’s what I’m there for.
