Briefly said hello to some of my Animal Crossing buddies while on lunch. Isn’t technology great?

With the end of the year coming, it means going home and seeing my HS friends... every year it gets harder to see them because I realize how mean we were, and how some of that meanness hasn’t left them... it makes me wonder about myself as well, and why I still hold on to their friendship... and I mostly don’t talk to them during the year, but I’m not willing to let them go, and maybe I should...

@PlanetaryKnight I’ve been trying to do the same lately, and it’s amazing how much of the language associated with food and exercise is so focused on extremes and on talk about punishment and competitiveness instead of just doing something to take care of yourself. It’s hard to get away from it
