Eternally weary of YA fantasy with a powerful girl main character, but that one main character is the ONLY girl allowed to be powerful.

Now I'm wondering what Skyrim would be like if the Nords were more like actual Nordic cultures and less like the white supremacists fantasy of vikings.

I've been getting very frustrated at work with people asking very passive questions.

"Do we know why ___"

Who is "we"? With a small amount of effort you can ask an actual question to an actual person, and get a response, instead of making it other peoples' responsibility to figure out what you want and *then* address it.

People are much more likely to answer a question if they're asked a question. Shouting into the void doesn't accomplish anything.
