I know my political and social views costs me work, but somethings are more important than remaining cordial in the face of violent bigotry, for the sake of financial gain.
And to be real, if my intolerance of hate speech and bigotry rubs you the wrong way, we shouldn't work together anyway.
I believe in being very intentional when it comes to creating an inclusive community that helps people. And that community has always taken care of me.
Sacrificing a bit to keep it going is a no brainer.
