I've started saying "y'all" a bunch because it's so much better than saying something like "you guys" or whatever. but it does remind me of shitty hicks from my youth, and so causes me some cognitive dissonance. anyone have other favourite phrases for referring to a group of gender indeterminate people in a casual way?
