@amphetamine yeah. on the whole the company is actually really good about diversity. I mean, I'm on a D&I working group that's actively helping to improve the situation in our engineering group, and we have hired a couple women onto the team, including a woman of colour, in the last 6 months. but the managers are all still cis het white boys who have shitty attitudes like this and so the prospect of working for a gay woman is like "KTHXBAI"
