Ich kann dir hier ein paar Dinge nennen die ich aus eigener Erfahrung und den Gesprächen mit anderen Menschen mit AD(H)S habe.

Häufig ist es so, dass du einfach die Sinnesreize nicht filtern kannst. Sprich, es kommt erstmal alles mit der gleichen Priorität ins Bewusstsein. Das sorgt für eine extrem hohe Load wodurch man zum einen leicht abgelenkt wird und sich zum anderen nicht konzentrieren kann.

There are two really worrying trends right now in regards to internet accessibility. Web page bloat and the sneaking acceptability of horrible ISP practices with mobile providers. They both stem from the assumption that everyone has access to some form of broadband internet at home. The reality is that for a huge portion the world, the only portal they have to this space is a cheap smartphone. They are not really luxuries but the most economic form of internet access available.

an alternative for "metamour" is "gf once removed" which can be extended to "gf twice removed" to mean your gf's gf's gf 😄😄😄 or however many degrees u need
