Accessibility is still an issue.
People are putting a lot of energy into celebrating themselves instead of listening to more than one privileged token autistic.

Quiet rooms are still only accessible via talking to strangers and asking them for access (like wtf? we are talking about how quiet areas need to be designed to work for people who can't communicate like that for ages now).

Is there a simple way to get assistants on site for disabled folks?

Is there a single session designed for people who need simple language and easy access to complicated information?
I'm not talking about kids here because referring disabled adults to children's things is not an option.

Is there a system for communication accessibility (like communication badges, TEXT based contact info next to every DECT number,...)?

It's just exhausting how all of this is being ignored.

It's not at all fair to leave accessibility issues to disabled people because... guess what, without access we really can't be there to make those changes that would allow us to be there 🔥

@necrosis Hab 3 Punkte für den Anfang:

1. CERT/awareness Team: Schriftliche Kontaktmöglichkeit für Notfälle bekannt machen und dann auch erreichbar sein und antworten

2. Info über FREI ZUGÄNGLICHE Ruhebereiche, ohne mit jemandem sprechen zu müssen, um eingelassen zu werden -> selbstbestimmter Zugang

3. An wen wenden, wenn 1 behinderte Person Assistenz braucht? -> Info bekannt machen

2. Angesprochen. Problem ist bekannt. Problem ist, dass die Ruheräume auch v. Personen benutzt werden, die die gar nicht brauchen. Wir handhaben das so, dass Person 113 ruft und wir denn zeigen/sagen wo der Ruheraum zu finden ist und beim nächsten Mal selbständig und ungefragt aufgesucht werden kann.

3. Das CERT stellt Assistenz zur Verfügung. Info ist aber vmtl. nicht bekannt.

zu 3: Ich werde beim CERT nachfragen, ob ich das publik machen darf mit der Assistenz.
