@kara it's annoying to do but you need to call your insurance and figure out why, and what the appeal process is. I'm not as familiar with Washington law so get in touch with a local expert, but your insurance co is definitely legally required to cover some form of estrogen

@morganastra not a fucking clue. the pharmacy didn't even tell me that they'd gotten the estradiol prescription at all until I pestered them, then it was, "oh, yeah, your insurance wouldn't cover it"
