just trying to get there took so much out of me. my legs are heavy, even holding the phone was too much effort. this anxiety attack will knock me out for days again, as if i wasn't low enough on energy already.
and I'll have to go again in the morning tomorrow, get up for it and stuff.
doing any small task fills me with so much dread. i have no idea how to handle life rn.

i just. had to go to the doctor to get a sick note. already tried yesterday but my regular doctor is closed & the stand-in only open in the morning
so i went today in the afternoon bc it said it's open 4-6
i managed to get the address wrong, stumbling around the entirely wrong area for half an hour while having an anxiety attack. finally Matti told me i had the wrong address.
after taking another ridiculously long time to find the actual place i found it was closed. even though the door sign said it should be open.
matti called there & they're only open in the morning around the holidays.

at least i sent an email. now this is something off my chest tbh. i should only have to work for 2 more weeks now, and ill stay home tomorrow (called in sick).
