now my favourite colleague/best friend said she feels me and also isn't sure she's going, so I'll take that as a sign that it's ok to not go. I'll stay home for cuddle times.

kinda sucks because i already left last year's party (at anther company though) after an hour, and i also cancelled christmas class reunion last year, again something i always kinda look forward to. i just don't have the spoons for social gatherings. i want only chill friends over who lie and smoke weed with us

I've been looking forward to our office Christmas party because i like my colleagues
but now i don't wanna go to a thing where I'm gonna be stuck from 6 - 11:30pm where i don't even know what food were gonna get while i have both appetite and swallowing problems
especially while my girlfriend's aren't doing so well i just wanna cuddle matti all night and vc with Kendall
and also I'm hopefully gonna quit soon anyway
i just don't want any obligations and just lie at home tbh

so apparently I'm not even trying to do anything for uni anymore? I'm at this point where I'm not even anxious about it so much because i care so little. i think of it, and then I'm like, nah not doing it.
i do still want to quit the semester, but i still don't know how to just drop the class where we're working in a team of two. and I'm also not comfortable with quitting the one with a group of three.

i can be super hungry and still fight to make it through a meal. actually that's most of the time. my appetite doesn't tend to align with my hunger at all. sometimes I'll be disappointed by meals I've previously enjoyed because i just can't taste them properly anymore. the question "what to eat"always hovers above my head as something i don't wanna deal with. especially if i get hungry in the evening and have to make myself a snack. I'm happy about any excuse to miss a meal. I'm incredibly picky about what i do eat and i hate most consistencies and there's just nothing i indefinitely enjoy.

honestly? i feel at this point like i have some kind of eating disorder. i do eat regularly, but my appetite is absolutely terrible & eating is nothing but a chore for me that i wanna get over with. honestly if somebody offered me to never have to eat again but always be fully nutritioned & never hungry Id take it

i just dont get it? most of the time everything just tastes incredibly bland to me, like when you're sick & can't taste much. a couple times weed helped me with that but at this point not even that works anymore.

i have no clue what doctor to go to with this, & the ones Ive mentioned it with (diabetes experts mostly) dismissed it.

ok uh so my upper back/chest area (probably my esophagus??) still really hurts and so does swallowing, it kinda feels like i keep choking on my food?
this isn't helping my anxiety OR my appetite problems and at this point i just want to avoid eating altogether?
what could this hecking be that i swallow a pill wrong once and then am in pain for over a day? it's freaking me out and annoying too
