update: now i actually can't stop smiling and my polycule is absolutely amazing and lovely 💜 just wish i was there with them.

i love it here so much. this is such a safe place for me and one where i can share my thoughts and anxieties and breakdowns and someone will always be there to care and help. i love everyone 💜

i'm doing better now (and so is matti). still a bit shaken up, but it's going to be okay.

i just wish i wan't alone idk how to deal with this alone rn

matti is having a breakdown, and I'm so fucking far away from her and i can't help and i feel like I'm gonna die please why is this happening

now i'm super sleepy and exhausted from the anxiety attack and it's half 11 here but it doesn't feel like it but it also doesn't feel like daytime and i basically messed up my entire sleep rhythm. i'm kind of disoriented tbh
i'm contemplating taking a nap. also idk when to have lunch/dinner either. sigh
