our neighbor was just here and told us she can hear us walk around super loudly all the time until er go to bed and she can tell what room were in by how loud our steps are

hm ok he doesn't think autism spectrum is likely because i don't exhibit the problems with social interaction so much but i we kinda figured out that I've had some compulsive behaviors flaring up lately and increased my dosis again. let's see how it goes

lol I'm going to my psychiatrist appointment and i wanna bring up my suspicion that i might fall on the autism spectrum as well but I'm scared he'll be like, I'm trying to collect diagnoses or sth (bc that's how i feel, a little bit)

the lady said its dependent on what it says on the bill
i asked her what he has to put on the bill
she told me she can't tell me how my psychiatrist is supposed to write his
bills

i just want to. not pay for necessary doctor's visits out of my own pocket???

now I'm faced with having to choose a phone again... agh so difficult

OK I'm gonna need a new phone, this one's battery is so fucked. it lasts for 3-4 hours of not very heavy use and lately it just dies between 20-30% amazing
