@gilgwath @punsandpotions this is exactly the reason why mastodon has blocking, silencing and different privacy levels in place. stop limiting people (mainly women tbh) in their actions because "this and that could invite creeps", as if it's our own fault that our naked bodies are seen as sexual even if that's not the intention. i mean, can we just /generally/ stop sexualizing nudity?
also: just because someone feels attraction to somebody because of a photo, that... doesn't make it lewd??? or do i have to cw my selfies as lewd now
