surprise, surprise: I'm not fully recovered after a week off; after little over an hour i was close to tears again and I'm wondering how I'm supposed to keep working, especially this and next Wednesday where i have full 8 hour work days.
i only have 7 more days of work in total after today, but that's little consolation right now when just one day seems unmanageable.
i have another hour left for today, and i guess I'll make it, but. my anxiety levels are high and I'm incredibly exhausted already.

ok I've been feeling better the past couple days, i woke up feeling blissful, but now suddenly, as if a switch was turned, there's this feeling of a dark cloud coming up again, just an unnamed anxiety about everything, & i feel this tiredness & headache again. i just... idk. things are a lot better, i only have to work for 2 more weeks before i have one and a half months off, & i have enough time to look for a job if i don't get the one I'm currently applying for. but it's less of a fear that everything will go wrong than just... being overwhelmed? with having to do... anything? even if all i have to do are a couple of really small things?
