sometimes i sincerely doubt my adhd diagnosis bc the more i interact with people in a professional context, the more it seems that it's apparently :) very :) normal :) to not process simple information ("i have x thing") :) given five :) times :) and to forget :) an important :) meeting :) 3 times :)

I try to be patient because I don't know anyone's own Brain Stuff and people don't do it out of malice.

But I'm not gonna lie and say that it's not Highly Frustrating when I work so hard to avoid these things myself bc I would get yelled at often as a kid for making these mistakes. Now I take meds and micromanage my own life as best as I can but apparently it's actually not a big deal to forget your job interview 3 times or whatever 9_9
