oh god i bought calf liver spread like 2 days ago and i forgot to put it in the fridge. it was at the bottom of my shopping trolley. recommended temperature is 2-6°C for storing, it must've been over 20° over the weekend.
does anyone know if that's still save to eat? it smells completely normal, just got a bit soft, but i'm suuuuper scared of salmonella and shit
