the wind is actually pretty strong and swishing so mach and it's kinda fraking me out?? idek why i mean it's just wind nothing bad is happening?? ahh also i can feel a draft even though the balcony doors are closed which freaks me out too.
ok I've figured out the reason and it's not really anxiety-anxiety... i am irritated by the sound of the wind and it's loud and since it's the weather there is no way to block it out so it is more unwanted noise-anxiety
